The website operates under the name Consultant de Experiențe Tunisia. For questions about your information, use the contact page.
Information you send us
The form may include your name, phone number, email address (optional), excursion, preferred date, hotel or area, and message. Please do not send sensitive information.
Why we use it
We use your enquiry to reply, check availability and prepare a booking message. The form does not create an account, and the website does not store enquiries in its own database.
WhatsApp and email
After you submit the form, the site prepares a WhatsApp conversation containing your enquiry details. Opening the link sends the prepared text to WhatsApp; you then choose whether to send the message to the team. If the team’s email service is configured, the enquiry may also be sent to its contact email address. The relevant providers’ policies also apply.
Usage measurement and local storage
The site uses Vercel Analytics to measure site usage. The preloader may save in sessionStorage that it has been shown, until the browser session ends. This mechanism does not store form information.
How long information is kept
The website does not save enquiries in a database. Messages sent through WhatsApp or email may remain in those providers’ accounts and systems, according to their settings and policies. Hosting and analytics providers manage technical logs and statistics.
Your rights and contacting us
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you sent us, subject to applicable law. Use the contact form to make a request. Tunisia’s framework includes Organic Law No. 2004-63 on personal data; information about the national authority is available on the INPDP website.
External services
WhatsApp, Vercel and, if enabled, the email service may process technical or contact information under their own policies. Information may be processed outside your country.
